Really smart solution! “This trick uses the dash/gap length to calculate exact degree marks. This lightweight approach makes it easy to store all of the information for interval marks in a single stroke.”
Come for the tip, stay for a beautiful demo.
Here is a #FigmaTip showing you how to make dotted lines for your @figmadesign illustrations. ✏️

Open the Advanced Stroke panel, set the Cap to Round, then add a 0.1 Dash and tweak the dots spacing using Gap.

Image Tracer traces black and white bitmap images and turns them into a vector layer.
A quick tip from Figma Designer Advocate Anthony DiSpezio. (While on topic, read the story behind color named “rebeccapurple”.)
Quick @figmadesign tip for some www nostalgia - you can use CSS color names as hex values in Figma #FigmaTiphttps://t.co/DqCiMhbUtr

Figma55 recorded a short demo of the recently released plugin by Figma cofounder Evan Wallace.
🎉🎉 Figma55 is one year old! 🎉🎉

To bring in the new year, here's a video covering an often missed Adobe Illustrator feature that you can now do in Figma, thanks to @evanwallace's Variable Width Stroke plugin pic.twitter.com/vdNmwQ3gIi
The plugin adds support for variable-width strokes. Made by Evan Wallace, a co-founder of Figma. (Hopefully, this is just a sign that native support is coming to the app soon!)
Figma @figmadesign protip: You can animate Angular gradients strokes. Make a simple loading animation by rotating the angle of the Angular gradient on a shape's stroke.

Over 30 filters for raster images.
Here it is. A workaround for your buttons to preserve icon colors when you swap out icons.

Apply over 30 custom filters to raster images.
Tweak hue, saturation, and lightness values of multiple selected objects at once. (Also, how could I not mention a plugin with an icon like this?!)
Good to know, I faced this issue a few times before and chose to outline strokes, but this is not always possible or ideal.
Figure this Figma exporting issue out! It doesn't export properly when you have mixed caps and joins.
